Dr. Dorthy Lebron serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lebron Consulting Group. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and an MA in Clinical Psychology. Her scholarly work is dedicated to examining health inequities and disparities affecting underrepresented communities, with a particular emphasis on American Indian and Alaska Native populations across urban, rural, and reservation contexts.
Dr. Lebron has collaborated extensively with indigenous community-based organizations, as well as federal, state, and local government agencies and health care entities, to support the development and implementation of best and evidence-based practices, the expansion of service delivery, and the inclusion of testing, measurement, and evaluation initiatives. Her research and evaluation activities have been supported by grants from local, state, and federal governments, including the California Department of Public Health, Indian Health Services, California Area Office, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, California Mental Health Services Authority, San Francisco County Department of Public Health, Monterey County Department of Public Health, and the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing, Youth Projects.
